Cody Reeder is the owner of Reeder Asset Management, managing properties from just north of the Idaho border down to Utah County. He went from selling Yellow Page Ads 20 years ago to investing in Real Estate and eventually starting his business in Property Management. Cody currently owns ~187 units, living by the motto, "Don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait."
